My favorite way is to use Apsense Express which keeps me updated in changes in the community, as well as any RSS feeds I want to subscribe to anywhere online. See the Apsense link on the menu and look for Desktop Marketing when you get there.
The rest of these instructions work equally well with any RSS feed you want to add in addition to this one.

If you are willing to put up with the problems Email has, the simplest way that anyone should be able to handle is to subscribe to feed update notification by email:
To use RSS and avoid Email altogether (recommended)
If you already have an RSS reader you don't need another one, use this Feed Button in the normal manner:

If you just need the feed address to add it to whatever you already use, copy and paste this one:

I'll do my best to give you reason enough to stick around, that's a promise. But then, that's what's so great about RSS feeds, you're in control and can unplug yourself in an instant.
I benefit by not having to worry about getting an email through each week and hoping you see it, as well as having a lot more fun recording these instead of writing another boring message for you to scan and delete.
